For this project, I was tasked with the assignment of developing a marketing strategy for a chosen brand that aligns with the UN's Sustainable Development Goals. My brand of choice was Azza Fahmy, a jewellery brand based in Egypt, as it is a brand that I have always appreciated their inclusion of the Egyptian culture in their designs. My idea was to have a masterclass in the Design Studio by Azza Fahmy that teaches designers how to build a jewellery brand with sustainability as a priority. Azza Fahmy would partner with The United Nations Development Programme to educate young and upcoming designers about embedding sustainability in the early stages.
